Using animals for entertaining

Animals are used for entertaining people in circus, zoos and television programmes. They are forced to perform unnatural acts, to stay in cages and be wanted.
One advantage is that zoos can be educational and also help to increase the numbers of endangered species through controlled breeding programs, therefore helping the echo’s system. Also, circus animals are loved, well-treated and only perform for short periods, this making them having a very easy life. Not only, the animals used in television programmes, advertisements and films attract large audiences, so, both, technology and animals win.
On the other hand, the animals are staying in cages so the public can see them. This is unnecessary because the documentaries produced today take away the need for such places. What is more, animals are forced to perform unnatural acts for the pleasure of the public. This is making them suffering. But, also, with the new technology and special effects, there is no need to use live animals as realistic models can be used instead.
All things considered, it’s good to use animals for entertaining, but not to abuse them.
